Terms of Sale
These terms apply to all orders placed with Meridian Bio Labs.
Eligibility
Orders may only be placed by purchasers who are at least 21 years of age and who acknowledge that all materials are supplied for laboratory research use only.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel any order, including where documentation, availability or eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Use of materials
Materials must be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory setting and in compliance with all applicable laws and institutional procedures. Resale for any purpose other than laboratory research is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the purchase price of the materials supplied. We are not liable for any use of materials outside their intended research purpose.
