Returns
Conditions for returns, replacements and damaged shipments.
Unopened materials
Unopened materials in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact research support to receive a return authorisation before shipping anything back.
Opened materials
For safety and traceability reasons, opened or unsealed materials cannot be returned or restocked.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Report damaged, incomplete or incorrect shipments within 5 business days of delivery, with photographs where possible. Confirmed issues are replaced or refunded at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned shipment is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error occurred on our side.
